Two frontiers, one job. You map how an attacker turns one loose credential into the whole cloud, and you pressure-test the AI systems companies are shipping faster than they can secure them. Both are moving targets, which is exactly why they need someone who does only this.
What you’ll do
- Find and prove attack paths across AWS, Azure, and GCP, from initial access to full identity-graph compromise.
- Test AI and LLM systems for prompt injection, agent tool-abuse, and the failure modes nobody wrote a control for yet.
- Build tooling that turns one-off findings into repeatable, continuous checks.
- Translate cloud and AI risk into terms an engineering team will actually act on.
What you bring
- Deep understanding of cloud internals: IAM, identity federation, and the ways privilege actually escalates.
- Hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Enough machine-learning literacy to attack an AI system on purpose, not by accident.
- Scripting and tooling ability. You automate what you find.
Bonus points
- Cloud attack research or open-source tooling.
- Detection engineering across cloud logs.
- A security background applied to production ML systems.
