Great offensive work still needs someone making sure the right people, scope, and schedule line up, and that every report lands polished and on time. You’re the reason an engagement feels effortless to a client and frictionless to the bench. Quiet, essential, and never boring.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate engagements end to end: scheduling, scoping logistics, and the moving parts between client and bench.
- Keep client communication clear, warm, and ahead of the question.
- Shepherd the reporting pipeline so findings ship on time and to standard.
- Spot friction before it becomes a problem, then fix the process so it doesn’t come back.
What you bring
- A track record running projects or operations where details mattered and deadlines were real.
- Calm under pressure, and genuinely organized rather than just tidy.
- Writing and people skills. You’ll be a face clients remember.
- Comfort around technical teams. You don’t need to hack, but you can’t be fazed by it.
Bonus points
- Professional services, consulting, or security-firm experience.
- Familiarity with the rhythm of pen testing or red team delivery.
