You run engagements end to end: network, physical, and human, aimed at a named objective rather than a checklist. This is the work most people only read about in a report, getting past the procurement desk, the badge reader, and the SOC, then proving how far it goes. What you find never dies in a PDF. It sharpens the whole bench and feeds the platform that reaches the organizations we can’t send an operator to.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and lead full-scope engagements against a defined objective, across network, physical, and social vectors.
  • Build and adapt your own tooling in the field. No playbook survives contact with a real target.
  • Chain access into impact, then document the path clearly enough that a defender can close it for good.
  • Debrief clients straight, including the parts they got right.
  • Feed techniques and fresh detections back to the bench so the next engagement starts sharper than the last.

What you bring

  • Years of hands-on offensive work with real, scoped engagements behind you.
  • Fluency across initial access, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and evasion in defended environments.
  • The judgment to operate against production systems with uptime and safety as hard limits.
  • Writing a stressed defender can act on at 2am. A finding nobody understands is worthless.
  • Proof you can do the work: OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, a portfolio, or a track record that speaks louder than any of them.

Bonus points

  • Original research or a CVE with your name on it.
  • Physical entry, RF, or hardware experience.
  • Time on the defensive side. Knowing how the SOC thinks makes you harder to catch.
  • Conference talks or published tooling.
